ותלמדם
חוקי חיים
לעשות רצונך
בלבב שלם

The "Chukai Chaim" newsletter is published weekly by the “Cheder HaHora'ah” in the Minchas Yitzchak neighborhood of Yerushalayim, under the leadership of HaGaon Rabbi Chaim Aharon Bleier, shlita. The newsletter focuses on Halacha L'Maaseh, addressing common and relevant questions. It is presented in clear language that is accessible to everyone—not to multiply differing opinions, but to provide clear guidance. It is written through daily engagement with the public's questions and with a deep sense of halachic responsibility, striving to be precise, to guide, and to make the Halachos accessible. Hundreds of issues have already been published—in both Hebrew and English—and are studied regularly by prominent Rabbis, Avreichim, Baalei Batim, Yeshiva Students, Women, and Children across the globe. This website brings all of these resources together in one place: an archive of past issues, shiurim, seforim, and an opportunity to partner with us—whether by dedicating an issue or supporting the ongoing work of halachic ruling. "ותלמדם חוקי חיים לעשות רצונך בלבב שלם " – this is our path. This is our mission. "' דבר ה' זו הלכה – וזו תורת חיים. The weekly 'Chukai Chaim' publication features Halachic rulings, guidelines, and clarifications on recurring, practical everyday matters."

It is written out of daily contact with public questions and out of a judicial responsibility that seeks to be accurate, instructive and accessible. Hundreds of issues have already been published – in Hebrew and English – and are regularly taught by important rabbis, rabbis, scholars, homeowners, men, women and children all over the world.

The site before you concentrates all of these in one place: the sheet archive, lessons, books, and the opportunity to partner — in dedicating a sheet or in support of the act of teaching. "And teach the laws of life to do your will with a whole heart" – this is the way. It's the mission.

The approaches of the Poskim, the underlying reasoning — and the practical ruling. Disagreements among the leading Halachic authorities are discussed in a language accessible to all, presenting both approaches while emphasizing the accepted practical conduct in our generation.

Hanhagat HaYom VeHaZman

The halachos of everyday life, the practices of Shabbos and Yom Tov. Halachic clarifications on living a proper Torah lifestyle: from the moment one awakens until the nighttime hours, from donning clothes to the Shabbos meals — a daily routine guided by the paths of Halacha.

Chukai Halacha L'Maaseh

Halachic rulings on questions asked and answered, each matter set forth perfectly in its place. Daily issues, practices for Shabbos and Yom Tov, and practical questions discussed and decided by our Teacher and Rabbi  shlit”a — presented in a clear and orderly fashion, to provide practical guidance on the deeds one should do.
